As a Talent Development Specialist, you will work alongside others in the team on the development, implementation, and evaluation of Europe, UK & Africa's training and onboarding initiatives for service and support teams. You will work alongside key stakeholders to analyze business needs and ensure programs deliver measurable results for the business. You will deliver scheme training as well and support with any other TD duties as reasonably required.Key Responsibilities:The information below is representative of the work performed in this position; however, it is not all-inclusive. Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create and deliver training initiatives, including onboarding, skill-building, and continuous learning, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals. Maintain Training Records and Administer Programs: Manage training documentation, update records, and produce data to demonstrate ROI, ensuring consistent quality across all training modules. Incorporate Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay current with talent development trends, continuously improve programs, and integrate innovative approaches to keep training relevant and effective. Leverage Technology for Training Delivery: Use learning management systems and other tech tools to streamline processes, track progress, and enhance the learning experience. Measure and Evaluate Performance: Define and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of training programs, making data-driven improvements and ensuring results meet organizational objectives. Collaborate and Engage with Stakeholders: Work with HR, managers, and other teams to align training efforts with company goals, and foster a culture of engagement through communication and feedback.Education and Experience:Minimum of a High School Diploma required.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is optional but recommended.Relevant certifications are beneficial, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP/SCP), or Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM).Practical experience in hands-on projects and real-world scenarios within talent development is preferred.Knowledge and experience in key Learning & Development practices are advantageous.Role-Specific Competencies:Strong communication skills in professional English (at least C2 proficiency). Additional German and or French beneficial.Committed to professional development through workshops, conferences, and relevant training.Proficient in using training systems and tools, such as Ten Learning Online, Rise, Piktochart, PowerPoint, and Teams.Strong understanding of training design, including needs analysis, setting learning objectives, and evaluating training effectiveness.Capable of confidently delivering training both in-person and remotely, creating an engaging learning environment.Demonstrates effective time management, accountability for meeting deadlines, and proactive communication about project timelines.Builds and leverages relationships across departments and regions to enhance learning initiatives and provide support where needed.Flexibility: due to the nature of our global business it may be required on occasions to work outside the normal office hours (Mon-Fri; 08:00/09:00 - 17:00/18:00).Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option:Located in South Africa.Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in office.A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be completed.Who We AreTen Life Group is a global luxury concierge service and our travel department is offering a unique opportunity to join a vibrant team.
