Qualification and Experience Requirements:- Grade 12- Bachelors degree in human resources management or a related field.- At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and using various interview techniques.- Proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and applicant tracking systems.- Knowledge of social media, CV databases, and professional networks.- Understanding of relevant Acts (LRA, BCEA, EEA).
