DescriptionThe Talent Coordinator will be an integral member of the global talent team and will report into the Director, Global Talent. As Talent Coordinator you will support the organisation with end-to-end recruitment and wider talent management initiatives including learning and development, succession planning and proactive sourcing activity. Based in the Rondebosch Cape Town office, you will work closely with managers to understand their hiring and talent needs and will act as subject matter expert when it comes to market insights and talent practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesUtilising talent systems and platforms to post vacancies and attract the best talent to the organisationSifting resumes and conducting quality candidate screening callsPartnering with managers at all levels and departments to support them with their talent acquisition and development needsMaintaining control and responsibility over the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that KPIs are met and exceededAdvising managers on talent best practice, including interviews, candidate management and quality sourcesBuilding relationships with both candidates and managers to ensure a smooth recruitment processRecording data and providing insights to the businessOrganising, planning and supporting learning and development activity to support business needsDesigning and facilitating training sessionsOngoing maintenance and administration of talent systems and processesCollaborating with the wider team on new talent initiatives and process improvements Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience within an in house or agency recruitment roleExperience within a fast-paced organisationA positive, can-do attitudeAdaptable to changeAbility to prioritise tasks and use initiativeConfident communicatorProcess driven, with strong admin and project coordination skillsStrong customer service skills BenefitsAt Dye & Durham we strive to be visionaries!
