Education Requirements Degree in any field at a reputable institution is non-negotiable Experience Requirements 2-5 years of experience, ideally in recruitment or dynamic sales Advantageous to have worked in renewable energy recruitment or related industries Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results Able to perform well under pressure Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills Ability to understand and meet client needs effectively Experience with recruitment ATS systems, LinkedIn, and Pnet Exceptional attention to detail Responsibilities As a Recruitment Consultant, you would use tools to find top candidates for client mandates. You will interact with candidates, manage the recruitment process, and track everything in our ATS system. Additionally, your role would be to format CVs, schedule interviews, and handle placement details. Building a strong network and client relationships is key. Meeting and exceeding performance targets is crucial.
