If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our client in Mobeni is seeking a full-time, on-site Talent Consultant.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years recruitment agency experience looking to transition into a corporate setting.
Experience in hiring talent within the manufacturing industry is a plus!
Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates for positions within the manufacturing industry.
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to ensure the best fit.
Collaborate with HR to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Enhance their online employer brand presence through innovative digital marketing initiatives.
Provide insights and support on talent acquisition and HR best practices.
Requirements Grade 12/School leaving certificate is a minimum requirement A completed HR Diploma/Degree/Working towards one is a bonus Minimum of 2 years full-time recruitment experience preferably within an agency.
HR generalist experience is a bonus.
Experience in creating an online employer brand presence is a plus.
Familiarity with the manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills Must be organized and have excellent coordination skills
