With expertise in full cycle recruiting and employment branding, they have a keen eye for identifying talented individuals and are dedicated to helping them succeed within the organization.Responsibilities: Determining Staffing Needs: Work with Head of HR & other Exec Committee members to assess the current staffing requirements of the organization.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.Assist with determining selection criteria for various roles.Assist with forecasting future hiring needs based on business growth and strategic goals.Leading Employment Branding Initiatives: Enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice.Promoting the organization's value proposition to potential candidates.Sourcing Candidates: Proactively identifying and attracting qualified candidates.Leveraging various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and partnerships.Identifying the most suitable channels for sourcing candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).Pipelining of potential candidates for earmarked positionsConducting Recruitment Processes: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation.Coordinating interviews, assessments, and background checks.Ensuring Positive Candidate Experiences: Providing a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.Gathering feedback and continuously improving the process.Participating in Career Fairs and Events: Representing the company at industry events.Building relationships with potential candidates.Analysing Recruitment Data:Using metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.Identifying areas for improvement and assist with implementing changes.Qualifications: Proven track record in full cycle recruiting and employment branding.Minimum of 10 Years experience in similar positionStrong sourcing skills and the ability to identify top talent.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
