Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech Recruitment Salary: R25,000 p/m + Commission
Location: South Africa (Fully Remote)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (UK Time)

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding.Build strong relationships with EU-based clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering top talent.Proactively identify and attract exceptional candidates through various sourcing strategies.Maintain talent pipelines and stay up-to-date with market trends in the tech industry.Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes and timelines.Requirements: 2+ years of tech recruitment experience, with a focus on European clients (Germany preferred).Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology in the software and IT sectors.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.What We Offer: Competitive base salary of R25,000 p/m plus lucrative commission structure.Work with top-tier tech clients across Europe.A collaborative, innovative, and supportive remote work culture.Start Date: ASAP
