A renowned Manufacturing Engineering company is looking for a "Talent Acquisition Specialist'' to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in the Helderberg Area.

Position Overview:
Source, attract, and select top talent to meet our organisation's long-term goals and global needs and ensure compliance with employment equity regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
Sound knowledge of the South African Labour Laws.
Familiarity with global recruitment practices and cultural differences.
Proficiency in using social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates.
Understanding of the differences between various roles within organisations.
Proven success in previous positions.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Honours Degree in Human Resources Management
Recommendations:
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
Professional HR certification.
Knowledge of PaySpace.
Special requirement(s):
Willingness to travel outside South Africa

Manage the full talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Use next-gen solutions to drive talent acquisition.

Stay informed about employment equity legislation and regulations in South Africa.
Ensure fair representation and diversity in our hiring practices.
