PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Our clients Recruitment Specialist will play a vital role in driving their recruitment efforts. From managing the recruitment process to delivering flawless candidate experiences, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure that talent acquisition efforts are efficient and impactful.
YOUR DAY TO DAY Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management Master the ATS for efficient recruitment documentation management and ensure all processes are accurately updated Collaboration with Agencies Partner with talent sourcing agencies to align on hiring needs, share job descriptions, salary bands, and manage closing dates Candidate and Agency Coordination Consolidate CVs, share assessments with candidates, and follow up to ensure completion.Manage shared drive folders for candidate information and documentation Interview Preparation Prepare and distribute interview guides to panellists at least 36 hours before interviews.Collect and consolidate interview scores and guides post-interview Candidate Sourcing and Screening Directly source candidates via platforms like LinkedIn. Screen applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and evaluate culture fit through interviews and assessments Candidate Support and Vetting Conduct reference and background checks. Ensure candidate folders are updated with all relevant documents, including assessment reports, CVs, and signed offer letters Collaborator Relationships Build lasting relationships with collaborators, customers, and candidates, encouraging trust and collaboration throughout the process Process Management and Reporting Ensure standard methodologies for recruitment are followed, provide regular insights through monthly reports, and support ad hoc responsibilities as neededMINIMUM ROLE REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with a strong focus on administration and process managementAt least 1 year of recent corporate recruitment experienceOutstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, everchaSalary: RMARKET RELATEDJob Reference #: 1148242
