Talent Acquisition Specialist - South Africa based Salary: R25,000 per month (depending on experience) + commission
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (UK hours)

About the Role We are seeking a driven and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic recruitment firm specializing in engineering, construction and real estate. This role is critical in driving talent pipelines, building strong candidate relationships, and sourcing top-tier professionals for global clients.
Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage candidates using advanced search techniques (e.g., Boolean, Sales Navigator).Build, maintain, and nurture a talent pipeline to meet client demands.Conduct candidate screening, including initial calls and evaluations.Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless process.Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and document all interactions.Support the development of compelling job posts and social media outreach strategies.What You'll Need Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.Familiarity with international markets (UK, Australia, or US exposure preferred).Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage and manage candidate expectations.Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean searches.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Access to a reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
