Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Cape Town (Hybrid: In-office & Remote 3 days per week) Client: US-Based Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town.
This is a full 360-recruitment role supporting our US-based client.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier talent while managing the recruitment process end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
Write and post compelling job adverts on appropriate platforms.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other networking channels.
Conduct thorough candidate interviews and evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring expectations are met.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress.
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of interviews and assessments with candidates and clients.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and client information.
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements.
Stay up-to-date with market trends to provide clients with valuable insights and advice.
Requirements: Proven experience in full 360-recruitment, ideally for international clients, with a focus on the US market.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools, including ATS platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Familiarity with employment laws and practices in the US is advantageous.
Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate US time zones.
