Location: Cape TownType: Remote
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting who can bring creativity and energy to our team. You'll manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your expertise in evaluating candidates and your ability to juggle multiple priorities will be key to your success.
Requirements:

At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in non-tech roles
Strong experience in candidate evaluation and a keen eye for detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)
A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates.
Ability to manage high-volume recruiting cycles with ease
Experience working in an international environment with diverse priorities

Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for both candidates and hiring managers
Build and nurture a diverse talent pipeline through proactive market research, active search methods, and strong relationship management
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to find the perfect match in terms of skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to manage expectations and deliver exceptional results
Focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience, with clear, timely communication every step of the way

Will be a plus:

Expertise in international markets and familiarity with ATS systems like GreenHouse
HR-related education
