Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role description A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the organization's needs.
This role involves strategic planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, with a focus on building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  Role responsibilities Write and publish compelling technical job descriptions.
Source potential candidates from specialized platforms such as Stack Overflow and GitHub.
Evaluate resumes to parse technical skills and qualifications.
Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates' capabilities.
Conduct interviews using diverse methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, behavioural questions).
Collaborate with Operations to forecast departmental goals and hiring requirements.
Create and distribute personalized recruitment emails showcasing current job opportunities to passive candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Enhance the company's reputation as an attractive employer.
Stay updated with emerging technological trends and products.
Requirements Role requirements Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Zoom, structured interviews).
Technical proficiency to comprehend and articulate job requirements.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or IT (advantageous)
