Collaborate with Operations to forecast departmental goals and hiring requirements.
Create and distribute personalized recruitment emails showcasing current job opportunities to passive candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Stay updated with emerging technological trends and products.
Requirements Role requirements Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Zoom, structured interviews).
Technical proficiency to comprehend and articulate job requirements.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or IT (advantageous) Requirements Proven experience managing AD environments in a large enterprise setting.
In-depth understanding of DNS, GPO, and DHCP and how they interact within AD.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
