Job Purpose
Responsible for leading and driving talent resourcing in the Business. Collaborate with respective business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and align resourcing strategies to meet the people plans.
Key Accountabilities
Partner with hiring managers to source talent for all vacancies, as well headhunt for high priority and scarce skill roles.
Ensure the recruitment plan is aligned with company's policies and clients' requirements and objectives.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate information/profile within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the growth of the team and the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that assist in delivering the highest quality results to the business.
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including research of best practices in interviewing techniques, and leveraging internal sources of talent.
Screen CVs, pre-screen telephonically before presenting shortlist to leaders.
Provide feedback to candidates on the outcome of interviews.
Provide weekly feedback to leaders on the progress of vacant roles.
Update relevant schedules and databases on progress.
Full administration of all recruitment activities.
Facilitate onboarding of all new starters.
Monitor and manage Recruitment Budget.
Job Requirements
Matric/Grade 12 with a minimum of 4 years in Human Resources/Recruitment/administration experience in the Security Industry.
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent Communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
Experience/Background in Security Services Industry will be highly advantageous.
Own Vehicle and valid driver's license.
