We are in search of an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a valuable addition to our dynamic HR team.

Responsibilities: Partner with Customer Support: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, specifically focusing on high-volume customer support roles.
Source and Attract Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source and attract top talent for customer support positions.
Screening and Interviews: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remotely.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including extending job offers and facilitating the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs, focusing on customer support roles.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining strong communication and support.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume recruitment for customer support.
Requirements 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Deep understanding of the iGaming or Tech industry and its talent landscape.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
