We are looking for an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team at Dotdigital. This is an ideal role for someone looking to work for a global business, gain recruitment experience across 3 regions (EMEA, APAC and Americas), be the People team's face of our South African region and contribute to the success of our growth!

The ideal candidate will come from a SaaS recruiting background with experience in generalist HR and will be keen to build their experience in a fast-paced team hiring globally into all areas of the business.

This is a hybrid role with a split of 2 days in our Cape Town office, and 3 days remote!
Responsibilities: Review all direct candidates from a variety of job boards and internal referrals Conduct full recruitment lifecycle from screening through to offer stage. This will involve determining if candidates are the right fit for the role and Dotdigital, setting up interviews and finalising the job offer details Host our Meet & Greets for our SA based new starters on their first day Working closely with key stakeholders to execute a successful recruitment process. This could range from Team Leads to members of our Leadership Team Owning your portfolio of roles. The types of roles you will manage will include Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, IT Support and more! Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be required to provide weekly updates to the wider People leadership team Sourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards Contributing to the wider People team and organisation through projects Work closely with South Africa based managers to arrange social events for the region Provide local South African employment knowledge to the wider People team ATS, Careers Page and job board management
About You Experience: 3 years in full 360 agency recruitment role or internal recruitment role from a similar company Experience within generalist HR Full cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, screening, interview management and offer management Excellent stakeholder management skills South African employment knowledge Organisational skills are essential SaaS recruiting experience is incredibly beneficial Experience working across APAC and Americas is a bonus!
