You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Using your industry knowledge and expertise, you'll source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events. Your keen eye for talent and strong assessment skills will enable you to identify qualified candidates and conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategiesSource and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking eventsConduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fitProvide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment processCoordinate and facilitate recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus visitsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practicesCollaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hiresTrack and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategiesRequirements:Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industrySound knowledge of hospitality industry trends and recruitment best practicesDemonstrated ability to attract and select top talent for a variety of positionsExcellent sourcing and networking skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for specific rolesExperience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment softwareHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDegree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field preferred
