Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree in HR, Business Admin or related with 2-4 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or similarExcellent communication and negotiation skillsValid drivers and own vehicleThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization.Will work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, implement strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensure a seamless candidate experienceDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and culture fit of the company.Manage job postings and ensure job descriptions are accurate and up to date.Build and nurture relationships with both active and passive candidates to develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Promote the company as an employer of choice by creating compelling employer branding content for job postings, career pages, and social media.Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-relatedSalary: Market related
