Main Objective of the Role: Provide a comprehensive Recruitment service that will enable the organisation to its objectives Key Performance Areas: Workforce Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Conduct thorough job analysis and skills gap assessments to identify key competencies and qualifications required for each position. Ensure clear and accurate job descriptions and specifications are created for open positions Sourcing and Attraction: Use various sourcing channels (social media, professional networks, internal recruitment platform (Breezy), LinkedIn, Pnet, recruitment agencies etc), referrals, etc. to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates Draft job advertisements and add in EVP to attract top talent. Build and maintain a pool of talent for future hiring needs. Screening and Selection: Review CVs to assess candidate qualifications, experience and match them with job requirements. Conduct phone screening to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, salary expectations, etc Interview Coordination and Evaluation: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely and efficient candidate engagement. Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate performance and suitability based on established selection criteria. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the selection process. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Facilitate job offer negotiations, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks (MIE), assessments (PI), and reference checks Prepare onboarding pack for new hires Administration: Update monthly reports for promotions, new hires, and turnover.
