Job Description:Sutherland is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high volume and leadership recruiting for new location in Pretoria! This TA Manager will develop and implement successful programs and processes that enhance the talent pipeline for early career positions across key functions and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage high volume and leadership recruiting teamsDevelop and implement impactful talent acquisition programs and processesApply recruiting and operations knowledge to successfully lead projects from original concept through final implementationDrive performance and efficiency by implementing recruitment management best practices and improvements to the recruitment processPlan, manage, monitor and report on all aspects of projects and programsIdentify roadblocks and overcoming obstacles while promoting growth and creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experienceImprove the sourcing process through the identification and execution of additional sourcing techniques, including the evaluation of channels and the management of sourcing resourcesDevelop and maintain a high-performance culture by providing leadership and guidance to team membersAct as a change champion for new initiatives and processesPromote diversity by spearheading recruitment strategies and ensuring recruiters are using sourcing techniques and tools that reach diverse populationsContinuously improve the quality of recruiting efforts and talent entering the organization through regular assessments and evaluations of processesSupport the success of the talent acquisition strategy by identifying and selecting media, technology and social solutionsImplement metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition programs and create audit cadence to include compliance and productivity evaluationsDevelop and implement strategic recruitment plans after analyzing data and results, comparing strategy and targets and communicating status to determine an action plan Qualifications:5+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience at the Manager level, preferably from the BPO/Process Transformation spaceMust be able to work onsiteSolid time management skills with an ability to manage a team of RecruitersExperience attracting large talent pools in a competitive market and managing large scale hiring ramps within a tight timelineExpert knowledge of local market recruitment trends, technologies, staffing and employment practicesStrong knowledge of various job ports and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)People management experience with a proven track record of driving performanceProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and OutlookStrong stakeholder management and process management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent English language skills required Additional Information:CRITICAL COMPETENCIES: Team Leader.
