Key Responsibilities will include: Talent Acquisition: Job Posting and Sourcing Candidate Screening and Selection Resume and Application Review Initial Phone Screening In-Person Interviews Hiring Metrics Tracking Candidate Follow-Up Talent Pool Management Human Capital administration Recruitment Metrics Requirements Education& Experience Proven Experience in Talent Acquisition Completed undergraduate degree in HR or equivalent Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media platforms and niche professional recruiting websites to identify qualified candidates Familiarity with applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process and manage candidate data Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and interact with various individuals.
