Then we need you to rely on your networking, exposure & experience to join our team and handle the recruitment & operations function across Early Careers and Bulk Recruitment. Build pipeline for all roles across the identified bulk area and/or project from the short term short term insurance industry as a first prizeContribute towards company bulk recruitment strategyConsistently upskill and broaden knowledge around various bulk recruitment methodologies and technologiesEngage with the relevant faculties to explore opportunities for exposure within various school and programmesEngage with senior stakeholders on various early careers programmes, attraction campaigns and eventsEngage with students and ensure presence at various campuses and identified faculties/collegesContribute to creative solutioning for short term insurance skillset scarcityEnsure adherence to the outlined SOP and charter regarding the Talent Acquisition Department and OnboardingEnsure streamlined process design between yourself, learning team and hiring managers that also falls in line with and adherence to broader Recruitment SOP deadlines and expectationsMeet your new hires on day 1 of induction to welcome them to the business and settle them into inductionSupport and facilitate the Early Career Programme candidates & Hiring managers as well as learning partners monthly through engagement and updates around progress to ensure we are meeting the needs of future skills anticipation.Handling the submission and management of all interview, verification and assessments requirements and requestsBroader role expectations Deliver positively towards the outcome of the TA team as a wholeProvide support to the team when and where the need is identified and assist them with solutioningEngage with the team to ensure collaboration and knowledge sharing where possibleFoster healthy relationships with the broader HC CommunityDriving best practice and living our values with and through the teamRequirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in the recruitment spaceMinimum of 3 years of experience recruiting for bulk spaces within insurance Minimum of 3 years of experience within Early CareersCandidates coming from long term insurance or broader financial services may be consideredAdded Advantages: Recruitment Agency experienceSkills Education Closing Date
