Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to manage and optimize our software system!
The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operation, integration, and maintenance of our lending platform.
Job Title: Systems Engineer Location: South Africa Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the LoanPro system to ensure optimal performance.
Install, configure, test, and maintain LoanPro software and related applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LoanPro with other systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the LoanPro platform.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and procedures.
Ensure data security and compliance within the LoanPro environment.
Provide training and support to staff on LoanPro functionalities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role, preferably with LoanPro or similar lending software.
Strong understanding of software integration and system architecture.
Proficiency in troubleshooting software and network issues.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills: Experience with API integrations and data migration.
Knowledge of database management and SQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
