Job Responsibilities:Develop and manage the strategy for maintenance systems for the mill, supporting Engineering, CMS & Reliability departments.Maintain the CMMS PM Master Data to mill standard.Develop standard engineering and maintenance reports as per the requirements of the departments concerned.Develop and maintain Engineering & maintenance KPI system, including the corresponding KPI reporting.Act as the interface between IT and the mill engineering/maintenance departments in terms of development of associated systems and platforms.Implement best practices and latest technology for maintenance systems (for example, AI, Industry 4.0 elements, etc.).Support Engineering and maintenance departments with platforms for effective process management.Support reliability engineering and condition-based monitoring departments on platforms for data management and analysis.Manage statutory reporting systems.Manage statutory documentation and ensure its validity.Interpret statutory inspection documentation and make judgements regarding integrity and quality.Audit the items on each business unit's risk list.Escalate non-compliances to management for further action.Facilitate the capturing of CF/CS/THE in the MORES system in conjunction with business stakeholders.Audit the data in the MORES system to ensure accuracy and correct data that has been incorrectly captured.Facilitate site inspections with Mondi's appointed risk engineers.Develop technical solutions and plan their execution.Report on the loss prevention action progress.Your Profile:Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.GCC Factories will be advantageous.Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in the heavy engineering industry.Strong knowledge of Technical Risk Management.Good knowledge of SAP as a CMMS.Good knowledge of IT systems & platforms, specifically those related to maintenance and asset management.Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) would be advantageous.SAP – PM module working knowledge.Technical Change Management.Experience in the management of complex projects.Sound knowledge of the OHS ACT and Regulations.We Offer:Duration: Permanent.Get in Touch:We strive to create a culture that inspires our people to reach their full potential.
