Systems Analysts are key resources involved in HSEC Online and TMP implementation projects for our large clients. They analyze clients' business needs and ensure that the HSEC Online or TMP software system, and related configuration and integration projects, are effectively implemented.MAIN DUTIESIdentify and analyse client business needs and information, in line with HSEC Online functionality.Identify user profile and permission requirements to allow for accurate and secure access and workflow processes.Develop configuration and integration plans.Project manage HSEC-Online implementation projects.Draft project specifications and scopes where software development is required.Develop scenario case studies for testing purposes.Perform quality assurance and HSEC Online functionality testing.Provide post-implementation support to large enterprises.MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTSBSc or BCom Degree (Information Systems/Computer Science/Informatics)Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Systems AnalystQualification in software testing will be advantageousIntermediate to excellent SQL reporting skillsExcellent business understandingExperience in HSEC Online or in health and safety systems will be advantageousExcellent planning, organising and project management skillsAttention to detailAdvanced MS Excel skills and ability to work with large spreadsheetsExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent customer orientationLogical thinking and problem-solving skillsSelf-discipline, a sense of urgency and tenacityDriver's license and own transportHOW TO APPLYSubmit your application via e-mail to ****** by 6 September 2024.Include a motivation letter explaining why you wish to work for Saryx, and why you should be considered.
