You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, develop specifications, and ensure the successful integration of technology solutions to optimize service delivery.Our Ideal Candidate has:Bachelor's degree in information technology - Computer Science or Information Technology – ProgrammingCertification in ITILExperience with Service Management systems i.e. Ivanti ISM, Service Now, CherwellITIL Principles and the application thereofSystems Implementation and Technical Systems SupportBusiness analysis and designSystems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Databases and Query language (i.e. SQL)Knowledge of API frameworksWeb ServicesXMLSOAPGrade 12 National Certificate / VocationalAt least 3-5 years' experience in Service Management systems Backend AdministrationExperience in progressive database or software development rolesStakeholder relationship engagement and managementResponsibility for delivery in a fast-moving environmentConditions of EmploymentA valid driver's license and own vehicle is required
