We are looking for a Systems Administratorto join our team in Johannesburg (Hybrid) Role Overview:The Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, scalability, and sustainability of the Experience Design Tool (Cemantica) and the Experience Measurement and Orchestration Tool (Qualtrics). The role involves maintaining service delivery in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and supporting the client's business strategy. Responsibilities System Maintenance and Support: Maintain and support Cemantica and Qualtrics, ensuring system stability, availability, and scalability. Provide consistent second-level support, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues. Configure and manage user accounts in accordance with Active Directory guidelines. Process Improvement and Compliance: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, adding value to the client. Monitor system activity trends and collaborate on policies and procedures for future enhancements. Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures, documenting and executing tasks timely. Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration: Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and participating constructively in a diverse team. Build and maintain internal relationships, providing timely feedback on operational issues. Stay current with developments in the field and engage in personal and professional growth. Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze MIS information to identify remedial or enhancement actions. Propose and implement improvements by monitoring performance, throughput, and availability. Participate in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and fixes. Client Engagement: Ensure client needs are addressed effectively, providing consistent support. Ensure work is completed according to plan, with all systems functioning accurately. Qualifications Essential: Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Preferred: IT Diploma or Degree Certifications relevant to Cemantica and Qualtrics or similar technologies Experience Experience: 3-5 years in the IT industry, with 2-3 years of experience in Experience Design (Cemantica) and Experience Measurement and Orchestration (Qualtrics). Technical Skills: Proficient in administrative procedures and systems Strong data analysis skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and business writing Knowledge of IT concepts and role-relevant technologies Familiarity with multiple operating systems Expertise in performance monitoring and tuning Behavioral Competencies: Applied Learning Collaboration Customer Focus Initiating Action Work Standards Managing Work Benefits We are guided by shared values in all things we do: Courage, Excellence, Collaboration, Respect and Accountability.
