Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Active Directory environments, including domains, Azure Connect, trusts, replication, and Group Policy.
Implement security best practices within Active Directory to control user access and permissions.
Utilize Hyper-V for virtual machine management and virtualization tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory and Microsoft Server-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Setup and manage VPN connections.
Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for user authentication and identity synchronization.
Monitor and analyze IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud services.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
Additional Responsibilities: Manage Windows Servers (both on-premises and cloud) to ensure regular updates and adherence to security standards.
Automate routine tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Collaborate effectively with IT team members and other departments.
Stay informed about evolving cyber threats and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications/Skills: Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, along with relevant Microsoft certifications.
At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Server and strong knowledge of Hyper-V. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory administration and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Familiarity with security solutions such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and endpoint security.
