IntroductionTo own and serve as custodian of the Value Delivery Excel-based toolset, as well as the related inputs and outputs. Design & build new functionality in excel-based toolset, maintain & enhance existing tools.
Work with the Value Delivery Category Leads to gather their requirements.Design & develop solutions for requirements in the excel-based toolset.Convert conceptual user needs into practical solutions that are operationally viable in excel, scalable within the constraints of the project, and minimise the risk of user error in their design.Constantly seek to optimise user experience of the tools, by adapting the existing tools or creating new ones according to need & viability.Collaborate in the planning, sizing, dependency identification, and timing of functional enhancements to the tools & supporting system.Maintain the existing tools; support with troubleshooting, fix bugs, prioritise & communicate bug-related fixes to the relevant stakeholders.Work with the Value Delivery System Support Specialists to drive the optimisation of BAU tools & related processes to enable scalability.Work with the Value Delivery System/Database Custodian to develop new exports as required to populate new solutions in excel tools.Strong numeric acumen & logical thinking.Demonstrated independent experience with building models & tools in Excel.Extensive proven capability in using Excel functions such as lookups (VLookup, HLookup, XLookup), Index Match, Data management in tables, Power Query, intermediate mathematical formulas, IF statements, conditional formatting, validations, pivots & slicers, graphs.Experience with requirements gathering and solution design.Experience in manufacturing data management preferred.
