About the roleThe Systems Analyst will design, develop, configure, and maintain automation and integration to systems across the Systems Development Lifecycle which are aligned to business processes and relevant internal and external governance. The role involves providing technical system support and query resolution and liaising with system parties to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Our Ideal CandidateA relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology - Computer Science or Information Systems.At least 3-5 years of Systems Analyst experience.Proven experience in systems analysis or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of system architecture, design principles, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Conditions of EmploymentClear criminal and credit record.Contactable via own mobile phone.Required to be available after hours in case of emergency.Capitec is committed to diversity; applications to this position will strictly be considered in support of our employment equity goals.
