System Administrator

Babylonstoren has an opportunity for a talented, hard-working and dedicated systems administrator to join the IT team.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in industrial/data engineering, information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
1 – 3 years' relevant experience.
Experience in managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
Working knowledge of computer systems (Windows, Mac and Office 365).
Experience in data analytics (PowerBI).
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Project management skills and ability to prioritise.
Good communication skills (Afrikaans and English).
Quick learner and enthusiasm to develop new skills.
Experience in the hospitality environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Audit existing systems.
Screen and test new systems.
Continuously improve systems and usability.
Provide training and user support.
Create data analytics reports to aid decision-making.
Manage system users.
Update systems.
