Syndicate Personnel Specialists | Senior Brand Manager

Our client – One of the strongest consumer brand franchises in the world and a multinational manufacturer of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty care products is recruiting for a Senior Product Manager.
A commercial understanding of business coupled with strong financial and analytical skills is fundamental to be successful. As the brand owner, you will be responsible for all aspects of the brand's performance including Profit and Loss and New Product Development (for local brands).
In order to be successful in this role, you need the following key experiences:
In-depth understanding of competitors' strengths and weaknesses.Marketing strategy development.Brand activation.Strong theoretical and executional understanding of marketing processes (strategy, NPD, consumer insights, media, and advertising).Profit and Loss (full accountability), volume, and net sales delivery.Minimum experience and qualifications: 3-year qualification (B Comm Marketing or IMM preferably).5 years' experience within the cosmetic, personal care, fragrance, or skincare environment.At least 18 months at a Brand Manager level and currently at a Senior Product/Brand Manager level (not negotiable).Join an organization that encourages individuals to set ambitious goals and to challenge the status quo.
