Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Teacher to join our team at a leading educational institution in Saudi Arabia. As an IT Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT education to students, fostering their understanding of technology, and preparing them for future success in the digital world. You will play a key role in helping students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills through engaging lessons and hands-on activities. Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver effective and engaging IT lessons for students at various levels.Course Content: Teach a range of IT topics including but not limited to computer programming, hardware, networking, cybersecurity, data management, and digital literacy.Assessment: Create and administer assessments to evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and monitor individual development.Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, supportive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.Technology Integration: Integrate technology and digital tools into lesson planning to enhance learning outcomes.Student Support: Provide additional support to students who may require assistance, ensuring their academic success.Professional Development: Continuously update knowledge of educational trends, software, and hardware developments, attending workshops and training as necessary.Collaborative Work: Work closely with other staff and departments to develop interdisciplinary projects and ensure a cohesive educational experience. Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer ScienceExperience: 1-2 years Proven experience teaching IT in a secondary school, college, or university setting. Experience in the Middle East or international schools is an advantage.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT concepts including computer hardware, software applications, networking, databases, and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, HTML/CSS, etc.).Curriculum Knowledge: Familiarity with international or local curriculum standards (e.g., British, American, or Saudi Arabian educational frameworks).Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
