We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in evaluating IT systems, ensuring compliance, and advising organizations on technology-driven improvements. This role blends technical knowledge with strategic oversight and client management skills.Key Responsibilities:Analysing audit strategy and plans.Ability to identify potential businessdevelopment or sales opportunities.Engaging with audit and internal audit partnersand managers to work together with them inteams.Team leadership.Defining ideal target audit approaches thatleverage technology and data analysis.Project and engagement management.Develop internal and external clientrelationships.Client liaison and problem solving.Providing insight to our audit clients about IT intheir businesses in presentations and reports.Reporting of findings to key stakeholders (clientand audit), as well as investigating mitigatingcontrols and procedures for controldeficiencies.Report writingBuilding capabilities and methodologies in theareas of system-based auditing and dataanalytics.Requirements: BCom/BSc is essential (Honors degree is advantages), CISA, CRISC or relevant professional qualificationrequired. Passion for both business, informationtechnology (IT) and data.Time management, discipline, accountability,self-motivation and eagerness are vital.Experience in performing IT audits and auditingthe IT systems (specifically SAP) of external andinternal audit clients, specifically in the Banking,Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Markets andInsurance industries.Experience in IT Attestation audits (ISAE3402,SOC 1) and PCAOB audits is advantageous.Being able to coach and guide junior staff toperform their responsibilities and well as providefair feedback on their performance.Enquiring mind, analytical, stable and logicalthinker.Excellent client relationship development skills.Conflict resolution skills.Ability to work under pressure.Familiarity with IT needs in specific industries,such as healthcare, finance, retail, ormanufacturing, depending on the organization.Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
