Without exception, the successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, have excellent problem-solving abilities and quality control of the highest standard. The successful candidate will understand and demonstrate how to manage Clients and Projects of International stature. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a deep-seated passion for our organizational culture and brand aspiration of "Greening Africa One Project at a Time". The capacity to diligently, efficiently and effectively manage complex projects, timelines and scenarios will need to be clearly demonstrated as will an inspirational, can-do and people focused leadership ability. Core qualifications, skills sets and experience must include:Post Graduate Science or Engineering degree in environmental or similar fieldMust have successfully managed and completed (as a lead) at least 5 Green Star CertificationsMust be qualified as an Accredited Professional with the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA).Must be a Team playerCritical thinking and obsessive attention to detailGood project management and people skillsExemplary work ethic and not afraid to muck in to get the job doneMust be tough and have the ability to beat deadlines The position is in-house, and Cape Town based and may include travel across Africa
