ExperienceMinimum: 5+ years' experience working on developing, driving, and managing execution of corporate sustainability and ESG strategic objectives.Acting as a subject matter expert and providing expert advice and guidance across a large and complex organisation across all levels.Compiling and delivering corporate sustainability and ESG-related reporting, integrated and/or stand-alone.Developing ESG metrics and targets.Complex data analysis.Proven experience of using influence and relationships to drive and achieve objectives.Providing strategic input and designing frameworks, policies, and operating models for a specialist area such as corporate sustainability and ESG.Dealing with external third parties.Ideal: 10+ years' experience working on developing, driving, and managing execution of corporate sustainability and ESG strategic objectives.Capitec Bank experience in a risk management and control function.Qualifications (Minimum)Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Risk ManagementQualifications (Ideal or Preferred)Bachelor's Degree in Environmental ScienceKnowledgeDeep understanding of corporate sustainability and ESG-related legislation and reporting frameworks, nationally and globally.Passionate about working on corporate sustainability strategy and reporting.Deep understanding of risk management and control functions, particularly in relation to climate and the environment.Good understanding of banking industry and its regulatory environment.SkillsAnalytical SkillsCommercial Thinking SkillsInterpersonal & Relationship management Skills
