Sushi Chef (Stellenbosch)

Requirements: - Matric; Culinary Diploma preferred. - Approximately 4 years of experience in a senior chef role. - Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in an Asian restaurant. - Strong knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques. - Own transport with a valid drivers license. - Ability to work both quickly and accurately. - Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Availability to work during opening hours, including evenings, public holidays, and weekends.
