From a Technical Support Specialist point of view, your role is to ensure that customers receive excellent and consistent service to a high standard and handle issues in an efficient and friendly manner.Geo Rep is an all-in-one field sales management app and productivity solution used by manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers with sales teams in the field visiting customers on a regular basis. Geo Rep automates repetitive tasks, reduces data entry to cut out admin, so field sales reps can spend more time selling and servicing your customers.QualificationsPreferred 6 months experience in tech customer support or technology sales.Desired Experience & What The Job EntailsProvide white-glove support through personalized emails, both inbound & outbound phone calls as well as through support systems such as Zendesk.Case manage and resolve support issues in a timely manner.Leverage multiple resources and knowledge to resolve unusual/challenging cases, create clear actionable steps of the resolution process.Set-up, manage, integrate, and update custom client databases for the Geo Rep App.Work with the sales team to prioritize the integrations of various company data sets and communicate this priority with said companies.Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.Interest in tech systems and a willingness to learn how systems work.Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations.Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner.Ability to work within a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions.Bring your passion and fun.
