Support Desk Analyst: Treasury Management Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve Complex Technical Queries: Address and resolve intricate technical issues related to treasury management systems for both internal and external clients.
Analyse technical challenges to optimise system performance and ensure seamless operations.
Manage database configurations, ensure accurate data imports, and customise system interfaces as per client requirements.
Generate detailed reports and integrate systems with third-party platforms using SFTP, APIs, and encryption methods.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance technological capabilities and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
Proven experience in technical support within fintech, with a focus on treasury management systems and related technologies.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with H2H connections, SFTP/FTP, SWIFT, SQL, Crystal Reporting, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, SSO, and SAML 2.0 is preferred.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
