Industrial Relations Support ConsultantWe currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations Support Consultant, to be based at our branch in Johannesburg North.Duties & ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for inclusive of, but not limited to:Provide quality support to clients and consultants.Support clients telephonically / via email as the primary point of contact.Onboarding of new consultants (training and signoffs) as well as further development through managing the LAP process with all consultants within the region.Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently, with area focus and the type of work in mind.Ensuring we minimize the administrative burden on the entire IR team.Secure, develop, and maintain client relationships.Desired Experience & QualificationYou'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:B-Degree in IR/Law/HR/Industrial psychology or related field.At least 1 year's experience in Industrial Relations.Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of Labour Law.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Must be able to effectively function within a pressurized and fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license and own vehicle is essential.Experience in facilitating training would be advantageous.Package & RemunerationSalary: R17 850 CTC per monthBenefits: Laptop, Cell phone, Internet, and Pension fund + Excellent Career Growth as well as a Great Commission Structure.
