Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting and resolving internal User & Supplier queries related to procurement activitiesSupporting and administering the onboarding of new suppliers into the Coupa systemRequesting & maintaining Supplier & Catalogue information, ensuring it meets the required compliance standardsEnsuring effective service delivery within agreed service level requirementsContributing to the continuous improvement processes of the areaMonitor, validate, update and maintain supplier information with the integrity of the master data sheet.Ensure supplier submissions are processed timeously and according to the applicable approval processes and be responsible for the accuracy of supplier information captured and maintained on the system.Obtain and update BBBEE Certificates for all suppliers (as required) and facilitate the required information for audit process.Engage with internal & external stakeholders to understand their requirements, and ensure queries are resolved through the appropriate process, using the relevant tools, and as per the agreed SLAs.Qualifications And ExperienceMatric3 years' Admin experience in a customer facing environmentSkillsCustomer Centric with high delivery approachExcellent interpersonal skills, confident dealing with Suppliers & Internal stakeholdersEnjoys working on systems and coaching users virtually on systems useGood communication skills (written and verbal)Organised, thorough, systematic and detail-orientatedComputer literacy (Proficiency in excel essential, MS word advantageous)Numerical SkillsBehavioursEffectively works with others to achieve shared goalsRecognises, respects, and appreciates the diverse values, beliefs, and perspectives of othersEffectively adjusts their behaviour, approach, and decision-making based on the situationDevelops plans and prioritises initiatives that align to the organisational goals and objectivesAssesses and improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of various work processesInterprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problemsTakes accountability and ensures others are held to account on agreed upon performance targetsSets ambitious goals and takes focused action to achieve desired outcomes to deliver measurable resultsPreference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.About UsWho we are is because of our people.
