Support Agent

Your main responsibilities will be:Support users telephonically (Web Application Support)User contact and communication (telephonic and digital)Create basic reports in SQL & basic data manipulation via SQL. (INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE).Level 1 Support Responsibilities:Response to tickets and helpdesk queries loggedDevelopment of SQL queries and troubleshooting reported bugsCross Functional issue resolving with the Development TeamDocumentation creationCreating accurate bug reportsDatabase QueryingThe support agent will need to use TSQL to query the many databases that we operate in order to solve some problems. This is an essential skill. Problems can range from reports not balancing, users entering incorrect parameters to development bugs.Required Skills and Behavioral Competencies:Advanced TSQL querying is essentialSQL Reporting servicesBasic knowledge of web applicationsExperience in a support environmentFluent in English (written and verbal)Good Communication and Conflict Resolution SkillsNOTE - We ONLY accept online applications.
