Animate the entire Supply planning process for the Business Unit on short and long-term horizon (12-24 months) on both import and local products. The role includes:
Execution of import planning and customs clearance.-
Local production planning management including procurement of Raw Mat and Pack Mat-
Animation of step 3 of monthly S&OP process-
Inventory and age of inventory management-
Total logistics costs and productivity management-
Service level to trade management
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Degree in supply chain management or Business school
Minimal 5-7 years of relevant experience within complex organizations (preferably Food/Beverage/FMCG)
Specific knowledge (foreign languages, software, technical skills):
- Experience with ERP / APS: SAP, JDA, BW
- Statistics tools & Financial performance understanding
- Knowledge about local market: distributors, products, channels, market insights
- In-depth knowledge of International Trade techniques, including Incoterms, export flows and operations, and customs.
- Proficient in Pack office: Excel, Word, Power Point
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Supply Planning for import and local products (30-40%)
Build and optimize weekly production plans to meet market demand based on industrial constraints and stock levels, over a short to medium term horizon (16 weeks)
Build and optimize weekly import planning to meet inventory target and mitigate risks on lead time.
Lead industrial meetings with factories on the workshops concerned once a week
As part of the monthly S&OP process, prepare capacity scenarios to identify risks and opportunities over the long-term horizon (3 years)
Consolidate Supply Review meetings done with suppliers
Maintain data relating to distribution circuits, production, in information systems (production volume, product freshness)
Participate in the development of production volumes for the industrial budget.
Manage priorities between available capacities and demand and alert on risky stock situations. Prepare arbitration requests if necessary.
Coordinate and inform the various players in the Supply Chain (sales, marketing, production, ECR, finance)
Build a strong partnership with export team and manufacturer to remove constraints.
Manage and/or participate in operational projects such as the launch of new products and/or the implementation of new flows.
Manage entire procurement process for raw mat and pack mat to guarantee stock availability, and reduce costs of production.

Import Planning and execution (20-30%)
Import planning:
Replenishment of the depot based on sales forecasts, inventory levels and production constraints/sea shipments.
Tracking purchase orders
Updating and monitoring key performance indicators
Import clearance:
Check and review all shipping and bank documents at the imported shipments and regulations.
Follow up the clearing procedures with our import partner.
Follow up transportation processes from port to warehouse ST and insure delivering without any shortages /delay.
Follow up the samples with Veterinary / Importer partner until getting the labs results and final releases.
Prepare and process all documents to maintain/provide active registration / license for each sku with Government Authorities / Quality and Regulations Departments
Monitor PO / Sales orders
Animate performance, service level, cost efficiency and updated contracts with freight forwarder and other stakeholders.
Monitor total import and local distribution logistics costs and drive cost efficiency through productivity projects.
Inventory Management (10%)
- Assess and recommend stock target
- Monitor appropriate level of inventory to meet BU WC target
- Guarantee products freshness to consumers and reduce distress stock
- Present alternative scenarios in the event of projected shortages or overstocks.
Projects development (10-20%)
- Develop, implement, and manage key supply chain improvement projects
- Be proactive and propose improvements of actual processes
