It's an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleAs Supply Planning Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the short and long-range planning process is converted into a usable manufacturing forecast and supply plan to facilitate an effective decision-making process.Key responsibilitiesGenerate Supply Plans (0-24 month horizon) with Contract Manufacturing Organisations to support Sales Forecast.Manage Long Term Capacity Planning (LTCP) for applicable resources, as required by MEA central supply chain governance.Ensure maintenance of an accurate Open Order Book so systems can be used to identify when product shipments are scheduled to occur.Ensure the risks associated with specific activities inside their area are identified, communicated and effective controls are in place.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Manage Supply Planning Processes E2E to ensure that plans are executed as required.Collaborate with Materials Planning and Procurement on risks.Develop, agree with a supplier/Scheduler and implement flexible repeated schedule options/campaigns and use it to optimize production line outcome.Optimize stock holding levels within the total supply chain through a detailed understanding of the key planning parameters and E2E process.Monitor the accuracy of master data necessary to run the supply plan and escalate issues.Work closely with sites Coordinate to ensure timely launches of new product launches (NPI), artwork changes or product transfers. Work on phase in/phase out strategy to ensure minimization of write off linked to artwork.Review country-specific slow-movers and obsoletes (SLOBS) on a weekly basis, staying in close dialogue with Local Business/ Supply Hub concerning root-causes and any potential actions to reduce SLOB value.Supply chain KPI management but not limited to:Customer OTIF,Days Cover,Working Capital (Inventory),SLOBs,E2E Leadtime.Performance ManagementImplement performance management as part of the PQTS+ team with appropriate KPIs at the Contractor, accounting for contractual parameters utilizing the CMO oversight process.Monitor the supply performance of the Contractor driving remedial change where necessary.Identify opportunities and manage programmes for performance improvement aligned to business unit strategic priorities.Apply appropriate Risk Management tools with each Contractor, escalating significant risks for resolution.Utilize data from the SOLS system as a lead performance measure to ensure supply continuity, mitigating low stock issues and escalating where required through the SCIM process.Actively participate in or in some cases, lead meetings as part of the regular S&OP/IBP cycle to identify supply issues and capacity constraints or opportunities.Compile the Contractor performance results monthly, identifying and acting upon trends and specific problems as they arise.Initiate problem-solving activity with the PQTS+ team using the RCA process to root cause supply issues and identify corrective actions to resolve.In situations of poor Contractor performance, primary supply delays, the Supply Manager is required
