Contexte et environnementThis role is responsible and accountable for the Supply's Coastal activities to ensure efficient and effective stock. Close working relationships and interaction with internal (finance, marketing, logistics, supply, traders, etc.) and external (ports master, agents, surveyors, clearing & forwarding agents, SARS, customs, TNPA, TPL, etc.) stakeholders. High degree of expediting and anticipating with multiple scenarios to mitigate deviations. The shipping function is a 24 hour activity and will require after hours / weekend support.ActivitésA Supply Coordinator - Coastal would be responsible for the following:Stock Management:Perform, monitor, and ensure that all stock movements for the parameter are recorded timeously on TEMSA's applicable system SAP / Light House / SSAM / etc.Monitor and assess the stock progression, with a 30-day forward planning horizon / look-ahead to anticipate adequate and efficient supply / demand balance. Provide mitigation recommendations where applicable.Creation and management of Purchase, Sales, and IDT orders for the parameter, ensuring that stock movement can take place as planned.Perform reconciliation of Supply Depots to ensure integrity of TEMSA financials and stock progression.Provide daily update on stock position and stock outlook / projection to ensure that all stakeholders (supply chain and marketing) are aware of the stock position and any mitigations or opportunities that might need to be implemented.Ensure effective planning, co-ordination, and execution of Term / Spot contracts.Work closely with Finance, Treasury and OCC for accruals for invoicing purposes.Investigate and resolve queries / discrepancies raised by either the plant or other stakeholders.Ensure compliance to TotalEnergies document retention directive and rules as well as legislative requirements (e.g. P201, outturns, BoL's, etc).Ensure that all shipping activities are compliant with TotalEnergies directives and rules as well as local legislative requirements.Monitor, control and optimize costs, ensuring adequate mitigation to avoid or minimize any operational penalties. Prepare and maintain detailed schedules for demurrage; ensure monthly / timely reporting.Assist with monthly reconciliation of OOC's and customer / suppliers / service provider accounts due for payment or collection.Build and maintain relationships with internal / external parties.Work together and promote team spirit and Total values.HSEQ & GovernanceCompliance with TotalEnergies HSEQ Charter.Compliance with TotalEnergies Code of Conduct.Compliance with all initiatives underpinning TMSA's values.Compliance with all legislative as well as Company Directives, Policies, and procedures, with special attention to Anti-Competitive Practices.Profil du candidatAs a Supply Coordinator - Coastal you would possess the following:Appropriate diploma in Supply Chain management and/or 3 to 5 years' experience in Operations and Planning within a petrochemical business environment.Excellent knowledge of administration, customs processes, and requirements; South Africa petroleum duties and levies, Inco-terms, experienced in shipping including other modes of transport.Initiative-taking, quick response, ability to work under pressure, resolve conflicts.Good negotiation skills.Excellent systems skills (SAP; MS Office; Power-Bi; etc).Working knowledge of supply flows and price conditions.Knowledge and application of TMSA Code of Conduct / Ethics and TMSA policies and procedures.Informations supplémentairesTotalEnergies valorise la diversité, promeut le développement individuel et offre des opportunités d'emploi égales à tous les candidats.
