This position reports to the Inbound Operations Manager
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Inbound Supply Chain Operations team with:

Providing high quality data and process analysis to the Supply Chain Operations team to identify problem areas and suggest improvements.
Investigating system performance issues and identifying on opportunities for improvement to inbound systems
Managing a team of Technical Support Specialists and providing technical support for both internal and external stakeholders
Creating and maintaining operational reports on Looker, Looker Studio & Knime
Administration of inbound supply chain systems, primarily focused on managing day to day capacities for inbound delivery bookings.
Providing User Acceptance Testing for inbound system changes and EDI integrations with external stakeholders

Attributes required:

Advanced proficiency with SQL is a must
Experience in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI
Analytical, strong process improvement approach and structured thinking
Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude, self-motivated
Ability to motivate, manage, discipline and develop team members
Strong prioritization, time management and project management skills

Qualifications:

3 + years' experience as an analyst (business analyst, data analyst, system analyst) in the Supply Chain and Retail Industry or similar
Degree would be preferred
