Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Our Supply Chain team plays a crucial role in ensuring our stores are always stocked with the essentials that make every customer's visit memorable. We are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Planning Specialist to manage and optimise our inventory, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring that every store has what it needs when it needs it.
Responsibilities:

Plan and manage inventory to ensure all stores have required stock levels, minimising stockouts and overstock situations.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage imports, tracking shipments to ensure timely arrival and efficient storage.
Oversee warehousing operations, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that stock is efficiently stored and accessible.
Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to align with sales forecasts, seasonal trends, and campaign needs.
Monitor and manage stock expiry dates to minimise waste and ensure product quality.
Plan and manage campaign inventory, ensuring promotional products are available in stores in line with campaign schedules.
Analyse demand and supply data, adjusting plans as necessary to optimise stock levels and meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and retail, to ensure seamless operations and alignment on inventory needs.

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics.
Proficiency in inventory planning and management tools, supply chain/logistics systems, and Excel.
Strong understanding of import processes, warehousing, and shipment tracking.
Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to managing inventory and forecasting.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
