The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and timely production of food products. The Supply Chain Planning Manager will work closely with various teams including production, logistics, procurement, and sales to streamline processes, reduce costs, and optimize inventory levels.Responsibilities:Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize production efficiency and meet customer demandsCollaborate with production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinationMonitor and analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules to identify opportunities for improvementManage vendor relationships and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply chain operationsLead a team of supply chain planners and analysts, providing guidance and feedback to ensure goals are metUtilize ERP and supply chain management software to track and analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisionsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or related field5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the food production industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on data analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and supply chain management softwareCertification in supply chain management (e.g. APICS, CSCP) is a plusSalary:Negotiable.
