Position Overview: As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining our commitment to sustainability. You will lead a team of professionals and work collaboratively across departments to develop strategies that enhance our supply chain resilience and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee all aspects of the global supply chain, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, transportation, distribution, and warranty claim management. Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and warranty claims globally. Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Finance for cohesive supply chain efforts. Develop cost-effective logistics strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective coordination of supply chain activities. Optimize inventory levels to balance customer service and capital requirements. Negotiate with suppliers for high-quality materials at competitive prices. Assess supplier performance and implement necessary improvements. Establish warranty claim processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Lead the development and implementation of efficient and cost-effective logistics strategies, including global transportation, warehouse management, and customs compliance. Use advanced forecasting techniques for demand planning and inventory management. Incorporate supply chain insights into new product designs. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies in the supply chain. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovations. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Monitor supply chain metrics for continuous improvement. Collaborate with Finance on budget management and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations. Proficiency in supply chain management software, forecasting tools, and ERP systems. Promote sustainability within the supply chain. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management,Industrial Enginering,Logistics,Business Administration or a related field,advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in global supply chain management, logistics, warranty claim management, and operations, preferably within the renewable energy industry or a related sector. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and international trade regulations. Proficient in supply chain software and analytical tools. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
